Shipping & Delivery Policy

StockVyapar (StockVyapar.com) is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We provide digital access to inventory and billing tools; there are no physical goods shipped by us.

1. Service delivery

• Access to your account and subscribed features is provisioned electronically, immediately after a successful payment and account setup.
• Confirmation and receipts are delivered to the email associated with your account.
• If access is not available shortly after payment, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

2. Physical shipments by merchants

If you use StockVyapar to manage your own orders and deliveries, any shipping of physical goods to your customers is arranged and fulfilled by you. StockVyapar is not a party to, and is not responsible for, those shipments.

3. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, subject to scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
