Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to StockVyaparon StockVyapar.com.

1. Subscriptions & trials

  • Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial and may cancel before it ends at no cost.
  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting us. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; it will not renew thereafter. You retain access to paid features until that period ends.

3. Refunds

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once it has started.
  • If you were charged in error, or experienced a documented service issue that we could not resolve, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
